You will deliver value-added HR services across the company, including talent management, performance, compensation, engagement, and HR operations, aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or business fields.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience with at least 2 years as HR generalist/business partner.
• Strong business partnering, integrity, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to implement HR strategies and drive business objectives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, compensation, and development.
