Cerity Partners is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders and Colleagues, supporting HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The role emphasizes colleague relations, talent management, and program implementation while developing workforce planning and organizational development skills.

In this position, you will work with senior HR colleagues to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance engagement, performance, and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions such as colleague relations, talent management, or HRIS.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for site visits, training, or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and guide colleague relations, talent strategies, and HR programs.
• Coordinate and execute core HR processes: performance management, compensation planning, succession, and development programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and provide insights to inform talent decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices; conduct investigations when needed.
