Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years HR experience.
• Expertise in local employment laws for the assigned region.
• Oil or gas industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multi-unit environment.
