Job summary

IFF, based in Pryor, Oklahoma, offers a hybrid Human Resources Business Partner role that partners with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce priorities. You’ll coach leaders on organizational effectiveness and manage employee relations to support performance and engagement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least seven years in HRBP or related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and corrective actions.
• Ability to lead organizational change and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
• Develop workforce plans aligned with business goals and future needs.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and terminations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Ops to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Utilize workforce analytics to support data-driven decisions.
