Activision is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic consultant to business and creative leaders in our Austin office. This role focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, performance management, employee development, and people initiatives that drive near-term results and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to advise and influence leaders with credibility.
• Strong analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative partnerships with leaders and employees as a trusted HR contact.
• Define and execute people strategies aligning with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders and employees to identify development opportunities and retain talent.
• Lead change management and maintain trust during organizational transitions.
• Partner on goal setting, performance management, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
• Work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Communicate HR programs clearly across teams and leadership levels.
• Participate in annual business planning, workforce forecasting, and talent reviews.
