• Build consultative partnerships with leaders; serve as HR point of contact for guidance on policies and regulations.
• Define and execute people strategies to support short- and long-term business priorities; focus on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Coach leaders and employees to identify development opportunities and connect them to resources for performance and retention.
• Lead change management efforts; help leaders communicate and maintain engagement during organizational changes.
• Partner on goal setting, performance management, calibration, and development planning to improve talent outcomes.
• Work with Employee Relations and Labor Relations to resolve issues fairly and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with HR to foster inclusion, belonging and engagement across the organization.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and inform decisions shaping people strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions across the lifecycle.
• Communicate HR programs and changes clearly across teams.
• Participate in annual business planning and talent reviews to align people strategies with business outcomes.
