Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing objectives, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience across direct hire openings.

You will source via social media, job boards, and events; screen, schedule, interview, and extend offers; and maintain accurate ATS data while tracking recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of direct-hire recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and various sourcing techniques.
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices in large, diverse organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, final selection, and salary negotiation.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities to candidates.
• Prepares and extends job offers; notify candidates of selection decisions, including rejections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity within the ATS and recruiting metrics.
