Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a senior HR partner to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for designated business groups in the US/Canada region. The role focuses on attracting, onboarding, developing, performance management, engagement, and transitions.

You will build strong relationships with leaders, translate global HR strategy into regional plans, and provide coaching and employee relations guidance. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on compliance and process

Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-discipline HR across lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of US/Canada labor law and best practices
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Own full employee lifecycle for assigned business groups
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and leaders
  • Translate global HR strategy into regional plans
  • Provide employee relations support and incident investigation
  • Guide managers through talent management processes
  • Identify learning opportunities for development
  • Support headcount planning and recruiting
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions
  • Oversee immigration cases with external counsel
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements
