Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR advisor, aligning human capital initiatives with business strategy.
• Support workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, compensation, L&D, engagement, succession and performance management.
• Support business transformations, acquisitions and integrations, assessing people impact and driving change and communication strategies.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for key roles and partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness to build high-performing, diverse teams.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, risks and organizational effectiveness.
