Job summary
Cambridge Associates is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to provide strategic HC leadership across assigned business units. The HCBP will partner with leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives, coach leaders, and drive organizational performance using data-driven insights.
The role requires 3–7 years in HC roles, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication. A SHRM/SPHR certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior/Development or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years as HCBP or generalist in professional/financial services.
- Strong business acumen and ability to link HC to business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high discretion.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted HC advisor to business leaders, aligning talent strategy with objectives.
- Provide guidance in organizational performance, culture, change management, coaching, and design.
- Drive performance excellence with goal setting, feedback, and timely actions.
- Identify organizational issues and HC levers to boost current and future performance.
- Assess and address skill gaps within teams in partnership with managers.
- Provide employee relations expertise, investigations, and conflict resolution.
