AAA Washington seeks an HR Leader to strategically partner with business unit leaders and HR leadership to drive decisions and support company objectives. The role provides process improvement across the organization from an HR lens. The position offers hybrid work in Bellevue, with a focus on talent development, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. A BA and 5+ years HR experience required; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business, HR, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Mansioni

• Partner with business unit leaders and HR leadership to drive decisions.
• Oversee HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and relations.
• Collaborate on policy, compensation, or systems implementations.
• Analyze business unit data to identify trends and improve retention and experience.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and related systems.
• Support strategic plan development and DEI metrics.
