BDA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Woodinville operations. You will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, lead organizational design, and drive workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence leaders, manage complex employee relations, ensure compliance, and collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, and People Operations to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Strong HR business partnering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting leaders on people strategies and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment practices, consultation requirements, and HR compliance.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• 3–5 years in a full-time HRBP role; HR certifications are a plus.

• Act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across the US with strategic and hands-on support.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and performance concerns.
