Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience required.
• Experience analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning preferred.
• Proficient in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to execute workforce strategy and relevant employee life cycle functions.
• Provide daily performance management guidance to organizational leadership and support leaders in addressing complex employee relations matters and performance concerns.
• Act as a mediator between managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase employee engagement, and facilitate employee retention.
• Utilize workforce analytics, reporting tools, and HR technologies to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend efficiencies, automation opportunities, and process improvements that enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
• Lead or assist with investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and other employee relations issues.
