Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including significant compensation experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the integrated Reward agenda for Corporate Functions & JLLT, aligning priorities with global strategy.
• Partner with Compensation to ensure job architecture, market pricing, and salary structures support business needs.
• Lead and develop the Corporate Functions & JLLT Reward Partner team and collaborate with global stakeholders.
