Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a hybrid role based in Canoga Park, CA. This position blends strategic people leadership with hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders to build effective HR programs and a positive employee experience.

In this role, you will guide managers and employees on critical HR topics, lead full-cycle recruiting, and help strengthen performance, development, engagement, and retention through structured

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and manager coaching.
• Experience designing and delivering training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HRIS, recruiting platforms, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and organizational change.
• Coach managers on goal setting, employee development, performance improvement, and documentation practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and deliver employee and leadership development programs.
• Support succession planning, career development, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to support compensation, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and policies.
• Support special projects and strategic people initiatives as needed.
