Job summary

LBCT LLC is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner in Long Beach, CA to provide strategic HR partnership and hands-on HR administration. You will work with leaders to address workforce needs, talent management, and employee engagement while managing payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance, compliance, and lifecycle management.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR, with a BA/BS in HR or business administration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of HR experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support through strategic partnership and hands-on HR administration.
• Partner with leaders to address workforce needs, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, and compliance.
• Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, coaching leaders on improvement and succession planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide expert consultation on complex employee relations matters.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and organizational chart updates.
