Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Industrial/Labor Relations, HR Management, Psychology)
• Minimum 4 years of HR-related experience, with labor relations exposure
• At least 5 years managing HR systems, processes, programs and professionals

Responsibilities

• Identify HR solutions to meet business objectives and diagnose issues
• Plan and coordinate HR functions and resources
• Lead succession planning and development programs for key roles
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and organizational health improvements
• Coach managers on people matters and provide HR guidance
