Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an HR Business Partner/Senior HRBP to partner with leaders, analyze business issues, and drive HR programs that improve associate engagement and retention. You will influence planning, policy interpretation, and talent development across a manufacturing environment.

You will use people analytics to shape decisions, support leadership, and champion diversity while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on approach with impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Able to partner across org.
• Balance multiple priorities and adapt.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• HR data literacy preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, compensation, recruiting, training & development, and employee relations preferred.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Consulting: advise management on business issues and HR impact.
• Employee Relations: communicate policies and coach leadership.
• Compensation: guide annual salary reviews with leadership.
• Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: plan staffing needs and onboarding.
• Training and Development: identify gaps and source trainings.
• Other: complete special assignments and support diversity initiatives.
