Job summary

Acosta seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across business units in the United States. You will drive HR strategies, deliver services, and act as a talent catalyst to meet short- and long-term business needs.

In this role you will leverage data analytics, partner with COEs, and support change management while maintaining excellent relationships with managers and staff in a matrix environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact to Department Heads and Senior Leaders.
• Provide HR strategies and services to assigned business segments.
• Lead talent and organization diagnostics to drive strategy.
• Collaborate with COE teams on talent development initiatives.
• Manage HR program communications and change initiatives.
