Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a senior on-site HR partner to support a ~200-person warehouse operation. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies to strengthen leadership, engagement, and operational performance.

The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced distribution environment; you will advise site leaders, lead employee relations investigations, workforce planning, staffing, and ensure policy compliance while on site daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting operational leaders.
• Experience with warehouse/distribution or hourly workforce.
• Proven experience in employee relations investigations and performance matters.
• Experience leading workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to site leadership on workforce and organizational matters.
• Develop and execute an annual site people plan aligned with operational priorities.
• Lead workforce planning for ~200-person operation.
• Partner with operations and talent acquisition on staffing and onboarding.
• Oversee complex employee relations investigations and actions.
• Coach leaders to improve performance and engagement.
• Lead talent management and leadership development.
• Ensure HR practices comply with laws, policies, and controls.
• Establish HR metrics and report to leadership.
• Lead HR projects and process improvements.
