Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills required.
• Ability to handle conflict and perform comfortably in changing, fast-paced and transformative environment.
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Change Management: evaluate change impacts; develop communications and stakeholder analyses.
• Organization Design and Development: partner with leaders to design structures and programs.
• Leadership Development: identify high potential talent and create IDPs.
• Project Management: develop plans, secure resources, drive timelines and deliverables.
• Employee Relations: provide leadership and direction, conduct investigations, document outcomes.
• Talent Acquisition: support recruitment/retention strategies for Enabling Functions.
