Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to consult with leadership across retail, manufacturing, guest services, or distribution centers and guide HR policy and practice. The role acts as a change agent, partnering with business units to attract, hire, and retain talent while coaching managers on performance and engagement.

Based in La Mirada, CA, this full-time position requires 5+ years in HR and proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and ideally Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Partner or Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance and policy interpretation.
• Retail multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership on HR policies, procedures and employee relations issues.
• Support implementation of HR strategy across business units.
• Coach managers on performance expectations and attendance.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent development and growth.
• Travel up to 25% to partner with units and teams.
