You will partner with Regional HR Leaders to ensure a consistent, high‑performing employee experience across geographies, lead global talent reviews, succession, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience in global/matrixed organizations and influencing across reporting lines.
• Proficiency with Workday and data-driven HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define talent strategy and org design for assigned functions.
• Lead global succession planning and talent reviews.
• Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition prioritization.
• Collaborate with regional HR leaders to adapt strategies locally.
• Coach senior executives and foster high-performance culture.
