Job summary

Perforce Software, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to designated business leaders, translating business goals into people solutions and driving measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on partnering with leadership to shape workforce strategy and HR programs. You will guide performance cycles, talent planning, and workforce design while collaborating with HRBPs, Generalists, and COEs across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role supporting a client group directly.
• Experience across performance management, talent planning, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong data literacy: comfortable pulling and interpreting people data to build a business case.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders and their leadership teams.
• Advise managers on org structure, role design, and workforce planning aligned to business priorities.
• Guide leaders through performance management cycles, calibration, and talent reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans with business growth.
• Support succession planning and identification of high-potential talent.
• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgement and appropriate escalation.
• Use people data to identify risks and opportunities and translate themes into action.
