Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the Operations organization, driving talent management, organizational development, and strategic partnering to support growth and workforce engagement.

The role emphasizes partnering with executives to align people strategies with performance targets, coaching leaders, and enabling continuous improvement. Based in Chicago with in-office work four days per week, Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as HRBP or similar in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and ability to leverage data for business insight.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
• Experience in year-end performance management processes to maximize engagement and productivity.
• Tech industry experience is preferred.
