Job summary

Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist support to a large hourly population and leaders, driving talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You'll partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives using data-driven insights, coach leaders on performance and people practices, and may lead entry-level HR teams on select projects to improve the employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and aligning with policy intent.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices and support talent development and inclusion.
