Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership in the Atlanta region. This role develops staffing plans, coaches management, and delivers leadership training while resolving associate relations issues.

The position requires 7+ years HR experience with 5+ years in generalist duties, a Bachelor's degree, and regular travel to stores. Hybrid schedule with strong business partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in generalist duties (retail/hospitality preferred).
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to plan and coach management.
• Evaluate internal candidates and identify high-potential associates.
• Participate in interviews to build alignment and succession.
• Conduct field visits to improve retention and workforce planning.
• Coach on associate relations to resolve issues and conduct investigations.
