Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Regional HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership in the assigned region, developing and coaching Operations management, and driving staffing plans. The role covers 80–120 stores with travel required.

The position requires 7+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree; a Food Handler's Card within 30 days is required. The company offers a hybrid remote schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business or HR.
• 7+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in HR Generalist roles.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership in People Planning and coaching of Operations management.
• Evaluate internal candidates and identify high potential associates.
• Conduct field visits and interviews to identify retention opportunities.
• Coach Operations leadership on associate relations to resolve issues and conduct investigations.
