Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Regional HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership across the assigned region, coaching management, driving staffing plans, and providing leadership training. This role travels locally to support up to 120 stores and requires strong people development and IR skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 7+ years of HR experience, including generalist work in associate relations, recruiting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Generalist in associate relations, training, development, recruiting, and people management or equivalent Operations management experience.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in retail/hospitality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership in assigned region to facilitate People Planning and coaching of Operations management.
• Evaluate internal candidates for vacancies and identify high potential associates.
• Participate in panel interviews to align on selection decisions.
• Conduct field visits and interviews to identify opportunities for improved retention.
• Coach Operations leadership on associate relations to resolve issues and conduct investigations with documentation.
