Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership, developing and coaching managers, and leading staffing and development plans across 80-120 stores. The role emphasizes associate relations, training, and issue resolution.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years HR experience (including 5+ years in HR Generalist roles). Occasional travel is required as part of supporting regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR Generalist work (associate relations, training, recruiting, people management).
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to drive People Planning and coaching of Operations management.
• Evaluate internal candidates for vacancies and identify high potentials.
• Participate in panel interviews and align on hiring decisions.
• Conduct field visits to improve retention and resolve associate relations issues.
• Lead investigations and document issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Forecast staffing needs and support regional strategic planning.
• Support Open House events and career fairs with Recruiters.
