Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership, guiding staffing plans and coaching store leaders across assigned region(s).

This role focuses on development, associate relations, and leadership training to drive engagement and retention. The position requires regular travel and a Bachelor’s degree with extensive HR generalist experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in HR Generalist roles or equivalent Operations management experience.
• Experience in associate relations, training, recruiting, and people management in retail/hospitality environments.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership in People Planning and staffing of 80-120 stores.
• Coach Operations leaders on associate relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and execute Regional Strategic Plan for candidate pipelines and retention.
• Advise on performance evaluations and career development for associates.
• Coordinate with Learning and development for local training sessions and programs.
