Job summary

Indra Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across our manufacturing operations. You will diagnose organizational needs, drive talent and retention strategies, lead employee relations investigations, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, OSHA.

A strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is essential, as is the ability to influence leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or senior generalist roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industrial settings.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, OSHA).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with department heads and plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Identify training, development, and succession planning needs.
• Support talent acquisition strategies and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, talent reviews, and retention strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of U.S. employment laws to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentorship to junior HR staff and support HR leadership.
