Job summary

ITW Pro Brands in Olathe, KS is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with division leadership and drive HR initiatives across multiple locations. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and compensation management, payroll and benefits administration, and support diversity and inclusion efforts while ensuring legal compliance.

The role requires 4+ years HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong strategic thinking, communication, and independent work style;

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strategic thinker with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Self-directed and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive business and team performance.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations, etc.
• Support diversity and inclusion strategies and HRIS reporting.
• Coordinate payroll and pension programs; manage benefits deductions.
• Lead employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Travel 30% for facility visits.
