Job summary

Spinnaker Solutions in Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support manufacturing operations. You will partner with site leadership to manage employee relations, talent initiatives, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development.

In this role you will advise leaders, handle investigations, support recruiting and leadership development, lead performance management, ensure policy compliance, monitor turnover and engagement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Five+ years of HR experience required.
• At least three years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, sales, or corporate teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise operations leaders on employee and organizational matters.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruiting, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Guide managers through organizational changes.

• Monitor turnover, engagement, and other workforce trends.
• Partner with compensation and benefits teams.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
