Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or senior generalist role.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments is required.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for HR processes and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with department heads and plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations.
• Provide daily performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Identify training, development, and succession planning needs for business units.
• Support high-level talent acquisition strategies and partner with hiring managers on selection and retention initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of performance management processes, talent reviews, and retention strategies.
