Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in North Jackson, Ohio, is hiring a Human Resource Generalist to support direct labor HR needs onsite.

You will partner with Managers to ensure a positive employment experience, support employee relations, retention and morale, and work as a full-time onsite team member. The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, involvement in recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR best practices and US and OH employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations and investigations with confidentiality.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition for recruitment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult managers on full-cycle employment matters.
• Resolve employee relations or disciplinary matters and conduct investigations.
• Implement engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics with HR Manager to drive solutions.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA to recruit direct labor efficiently.
• Support payroll audit and attendance time/entry processes.
• Lead New Hire Orientation at North Jackson facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
