Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support direct labor across the site. You will partner with Supervisors to address employee relations, lead new hire orientation, and drive engagement initiatives. This full-time position requires on-site presence and a strong manufacturing HR background.

Education and experience in HR, with SHRM or HRCI certification preferred, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years supporting HR disciplines in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with operations Supervisors to provide coaching on full-cycle employment matters.
• Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations with consistent, fair outcomes.
• Support engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
• Track metrics with HR Manager to drive business solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation and promote the HR Shared Services model.
