The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, engagement, and staffing strategies across manufacturing and professional roles. You will coach leaders, investigate issues, implement change management, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience advising leaders and influencing decision makers.
• Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and legislation.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and closure.
