Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IR or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory/management roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and federal/state regulations; familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production team members.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, offer letters, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure compliance and accurate records.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and succession planning in collaboration with Corporate L&OD.
