Job summary

IPEX Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders in Pineville, NC (near our manufacturing plants). The role focuses on delivering HR services, workforce planning, and strategic advisory across client groups to support manufacturing goals.

The HRBP will drive talent development, organizational performance, culture initiatives, succession planning, and employee engagement, while collaborating with the Talent COE and HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a human resources function or generalist HR role.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in analyzing trends and metrics with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent development, organizational performance, culture, leadership, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide strategic advice on talent topics, guiding workforce planning and people strategies.
• Partner with the Talent COE to drive capability development, leadership development, succession, and performance improvement.
• Engage with Employee & Labor Relations to address complex issues and actions.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR COEs and business leaders to develop solutions and programs.
