RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Prosperity, SC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to the plant leadership team. You will provide leadership and guidance across all HR functions to build a high-performance culture and align HR initiatives with plant goals.

This role leads staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance, partnering with Corporate HR to drive engagement and development across the manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or related field required.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and SC HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles and production hires.
• Oversee onboarding including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll accuracy; manage employee records.
• Oversee leaves, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise management on resolutions.
• Lead training, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Manage local compensation programs and annual increases.
• Support benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate cross-site HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to HR staff through coaching and development.
• Organize employee engagement and recognition events.
