Job summary

You will act as a trusted consultant on organizational issues, lead employee relations investigations, and help leaders implement talent development and succession plans. You will collaborate with leaders to drive employee engagement, support change management initiatives, and ensure people programs align with business objectives, culture, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supporting leaders as trusted advisor and partner.
• Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and legislation.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and driving closure.
• Strong ability to influence, persuade and coach managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to management teams on organizational issues.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and guide disciplinary actions.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and growth initiatives across the business.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and change management with leadership.
