Job summary

Heliene, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Rogers, MN facility. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation to ensure staffing, engagement, and compliance.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will partner with operations to resolve workforce issues, coach frontline leaders, and maintain HR processes in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Business Administration with an HR specialization and 5+ years of experience.
• CHRP or working towards CHRP is considered an asset.
• Experience with Minnesota employment laws and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Rogers site, including postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with local colleges and workforce partners for talent pipelines.
• Identify sourcing channels and outreach opportunities to meet staffing needs.
• Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees on relations and policy.
• Coach front-line leaders on communication, documentation and performance discussions.
• Conduct workplace investigations into complaints, misconduct or policy violations.
• Track HR data such as headcount, vacancies, turnover, time-to-fill and engagement.
• Support policy development, handbook updates, orientation planning and HR initiatives.
