Job summary

Paylocity in Minnesota (Fridley) is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to site leaders, translating business goals into effective people strategies and driving organizational effectiveness.

This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent staffing and planning, and policy compliance to strengthen engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in HRBP or generalist roles.
• Manufacturing experience; multi-state exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Provide coaching on leadership, performance, and change initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and development discussions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
