Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner for Operations (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, engineering).
• Build relationships with leaders and drive HR initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, succession, and talent development initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance, conduct, and employee relations; resolve issues and document actions.
