Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field with 8+ years in strategic HR leadership.
- Experience leading HR or Employee Relations in a complex matrixed, global organization.
- Ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
- Strong business acumen, employment law, risk management knowledge.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and executive-influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor HR and Employee Relations teams with clear priorities and development plans.
- Provide strategic HR advisory to senior leaders and align people programs with business goals.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and drive organizational health and performance.
- Guide workforce planning, analytics, and transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
