DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic counsel to business leaders across distribution centers and offices nationwide. You will lead a team delivering full lifecycle HR support and partner with senior management to embed a strong people strategy.

You will monitor employee engagement, coach at all levels, and manage the people impacts of organizational change, driving results and influencing leadership discussions. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR.
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required.
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred.
• Experience with investigations, preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings, preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, preferred.
