Job summary

The position leads or supports leadership development initiatives, cross-functional HR projects, onboarding, and change efforts to strengthen culture and operational effectiveness in alignment with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience with employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, or HR business partnership.
• Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations; leadership training experience preferred.
• HR projects, process improvements, and organizational change experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Provide coaching on performance management, feedback, documentation, and disciplinary actions.
• Mediate disputes and promote fair, consistent policy application across departments.
• Lead or support leadership development, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard work, templates, tools, and HR processes for initiatives.
• Partner with HR team to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational change.
