Ground Effects LLC in Missouri is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead site HR partnerships and execute full HR functions. You will balance strategic advisory work with hands-on operations to align people initiatives with business goals.

You will partner with site leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws and HRIS systems such as UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Experience with strategic and operational HR.
• Knowledge of US employment law.
• Union experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS such as UKG.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership and translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Lead employee relations investigations and risk guidance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, succession, and skill-gap initiatives.
• Own end-to-end HR delivery at site, including onboarding/offboarding.
• Drive performance culture and change management.
