Job summary

National Rarities is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in our St. Louis office. You will advise leaders on employee relations, talent development, and culture, while driving engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

You’ll partner with HR to support recruiting, programs, and compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of HR laws, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Paylocity, and ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and people development.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and development.
• Enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness through programs and initiatives.
• Partner with recruiting to support effective hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR programs comply with laws and company policies; handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
